This is not a standard tourist boat ride. It is a curated experience where you will harvest oysters directly from the source, toast with premium sparkling wine on a private deck, and dine at one of Croatia’s most respected seafood restaurants. From the tranquility of the protected canyon to the golden hues of the sunset, this is Istria from a different perspective.

Private Boat Charter: Your own captain and private vessel to explore the 11-kilometer long protected landscape of the Lim Channel.
Ocean-to-Table Experience: Visit the famous Tony’s Oyster Shack on a floating platform. Taste oysters that were in the sea just seconds ago, paired with a glass of cold Malvasia.
Gourmet Seafood Lunch: A reserved table at Restaurant Viking, renowned for the freshest scampi and wild fish in the region.
The Golden Hour: End your journey with a relaxing cruise back towards Rovinj as the sun sets over the Adriatic horizon.

Cruising the Canyon
Your journey starts at the hidden pier deep inside the Lim Channel. As you board your private boat, you will be surrounded by steep, green hills that plunge into the emerald water. The Lim Fjord is a protected marine reserve, famous for its unique mix of fresh and salt water—the perfect condition for growing world-class shellfish.
Raw & Real: Tony’s Oyster Shack
We dock at a floating farm for an exclusive tasting. This is as fresh as it gets. Watch as the oysters and mussels are pulled from the depths right in front of you. Served on ice with nothing but a squeeze of lemon and a glass of sparkling wine, this is the taste of the pure Adriatic. Simple, raw, and unforgettable.
A Feast at Viking
After the appetizer on the water, we head to Restaurant Viking. Tucked away in the greenery, this is where the locals go for the best seafood. You will enjoy a multi-course lunch featuring their signature dishes: Kvarner scampi, buzara-style mussels, and the catch of the day, all prepared with respect for the ingredient.
Sunset on the Water
There is no better way to end the day than on a boat. As we cruise back towards the open sea, the sky turns gold and purple. It is a moment of pure peace—perfect for a romantic proposal, a family photo, or simply a deep breath of sea air before returning to reality.
SUGGESTED ITINERARY
10:00 – Private chauffeur pickup at your hotel (Rovinj/Poreč/Bale).
10:30 – Arrival at Lim Fjord and boarding of the private boat.
11:00 – Panoramic cruise through the canyon.
12:00 – Oyster & Sparkling Wine tasting at Tony’s Oyster Shack.
13:30 – Gourmet seafood lunch at Restaurant Viking.
16:00 – Relaxing afternoon cruise / swimming stop (seasonal).
17:30 – Return to the pier and transfer back to hotel.
