Istramore doesn't sell day trips. We create private Istria experiences — each one a fully curated day built around real relationships with the region's family estates, boats, and hidden corners, not a shared itinerary with strangers.
The collection is organised in three parts. The Trilogy — Istravaganza, Stramare, and Terra Magica — is where most journeys begin: truffles and wine, the sea, and the organic south. The Epicurean Journeys — Maremonti and Tristria — go deeper, into a family's kitchen and across three countries in a single day. The Grand Tours — Plitvice Lakes and the Adriatic Grand Tour — extend the experience beyond Istria itself, for guests continuing their journey through Croatia.

STRAMARE
Two Seas, One Private Boat
A private boat, and the choice of two mornings at sea: the wild, untouched islands of Brijuni, or the still green water of the Lim Fjord, where oysters are opened by hand and champagne is poured on the water. Stay for the morning, or make a full day of it with an afternoon in Pula or Rovinj.
