Watch as oysters and mussels are pulled from the depths right before your eyes, shucked by local hands, and served on ice with nothing but a squeeze of lemon. Paired with a glass of premium sparkling wine on a private deck, this is the taste of the pure Adriatic—simple, raw, and utterly unforgettable.
The Feast & The Sunset
After the appetizer on the water, we head to Restaurant Viking. Tucked away in the greenery, this is where the locals go for the best seafood. You will enjoy a multi-course lunch featuring their signature dishes: Kvarner scampi, buzara-style mussels, and the catch of the day, all prepared with respect for the ingredient.

From the raw bar, we transition to a seated gourmet experience at Restaurant Viking, hidden in the greenery of the fjord. As the day winds down, we cruise back towards the open sea. The sky turns gold and purple, offering a moment of pure peace—perfect for a romantic proposal or simply a deep breath of sea air before returning to reality.
