Q: Which airports do you serve?
A: We provide seamless connections between Istria and all major regional hubs. Our most frequent routes include Venice Marco Polo (VCE), Trieste (TRS), Ljubljana (LJU), Zagreb (ZAG), and Pula (PUY). We also cover private aviation terminals (FBO) for guests arriving by private jet.
Q: What happens if my flight is delayed?
A: We monitor all flights in real-time. Whether you are 15 minutes early or two hours late, your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the Arrivals Hall with a personalized name sign. There is no need to panic; we adjust to your schedule, not the other way around.
Q: Do you offer transfers from Pula Airport to Rovinj?
A: Absolutely. It is our home turf. The drive takes approximately 40 minutes. Unlike a standard taxi, our service includes luggage assistance and a door-to-door drop-off at the lobby of Grand Park, Monte Mulini, or your private villa.

A: We operate an exclusively Mercedes-Benz fleet to ensure safety and consistent luxury:
Mercedes-Benz S-Class: The executive standard for couples (Max 2 pax). Reclining seats, privacy blinds, and supreme comfort.
Mercedes-Benz V-Class: The ultimate luxury van for families and groups (Max 6 pax). Spacious, leather interior, and conference-style seating.
Mercedes-Benz E-Class: Smart luxury for business travelers and efficient transfers (Max 2 pax).
Q: Is Wi-Fi available in the vehicles?
A: Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and charging ports (USB/USB-C) are standard in every vehicle, allowing you to stay connected or work while on the move. Bottled water and refreshing towels are also included.
Q: How much luggage can I bring?
A:
S-Class & E-Class: Comfortably fit 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons.
V-Class: Accommodates up to 6 large suitcases and carry-ons. Ideal for golfers with clubs or guests traveling with extended wardrobes for long stays.
CROSS-BORDER & LONG DISTANCE
Q: Do you drive from Rovinj to Venice?
A: Yes, this is one of our signature routes. Avoid the uncertainty of ferry schedules and the hassle of carrying luggage to the port. We drive you from your hotel doorstep in Istria directly to Piazzale Roma in Venice or Marco Polo Airport. The journey takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
Q: are border crossings complicated?
A: Not at all. Croatia is a member of the Schengen area, making crossings into Slovenia and Italy smooth and often stop-free. Our drivers are experienced with all border protocols.

Q: Can I hire a chauffeur for a dinner or wine tasting?
A: Yes, we call this our "Disposal Service". Whether you are dining at JAZ by Ana Roš, tasting wines at Meneghetti, or truffle hunting, your chauffeur will wait for you. Enjoy your evening without worrying about driving or finding a taxi late at night.
Q: Do you provide child seats?
A: Safety is our priority. Premium child seats and boosters are provided free of charge. Please specify your child’s age and weight when booking so we can prepare the appropriate seat.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: We are a pet-friendly service. Small and medium-sized pets traveling in carriers are welcome. Please inform us in advance so we can ensure the vehicle is prepared for your furry companion.

Q: How do I secure my booking?
A: You can book via our website form, email, or WhatsApp. For high-season travel (June–September), we recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle class.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers (for advance bookings), and cash. For corporate clients and agencies, we can issue invoices tailored to your accounting needs.
